Games start at 11.30am, Harry Morris is organising an assault course and team games from then.
Santa’s Grotto
Santa, this year is going to be stationed in the Pindred Bar. Please bring a present for your child if they wish to visit Santa. Make sure the present is clearly named, with their age group on it as well. There will be bags left in the club bar to pop the present in, prior to their training/games.
We will be collected at 1pm to be taken to see Santa, please wait near the stage for collection.
Food
Yasmin will be offering bacon butties & festive sandwiches to buy alongside complementary nibbles, sausage rolls & mince pies.
Helena will be serving drinks from the bar and complementary mulled wine.
If we could bring dips to contribute to the food that would be most appreciated
Decorations
If anyone has any decorations that they no longer use and would like to donate to the club to help decorate Santa’s grotto and make the club house more festive, any donations would be greatly received. Please drop them off at training in the week or Saturday. Thank you! Any parents who fancy keeping warm and helping get Santa’s grotto ready, please let Clare Hawkins know. Thank you!
Hospital & Charity donations
Please leave any charity presents with Clare, at the kit shop. Make sure the present is clearly labeled with an age and whether it’s for a boy or a girl. Thank you.
