NOTE 2: Officer and Committee nominations are to made on the list posted in the Club Room on the Notice Board next to the bar. Any person nominated should countersign their acceptance for nomination and shall be proposed and seconded as required thereon. All such persons shall be current paid up or Life Members of the Cub.

NOTE 3: Members will see that there are more defined roles being identified for election for 2019/20, this is to assist in co-ordinating what the current Committee sees is necessary to progress Club development and adopting best practice from the RFU. Team Captains are not members of the Committee, there are Senior and Ladies Players representatives.
